Uncle Mike took a picture of trains in Janesville and had it framed. The only colored part is the yellow. Krisanne helped too by putting in the Thomas decorations!

Quick update

Sorry for the long time between blogs! Things have been hectic to say the least!

We decorated Xmas cookies with Krisanne, Mike and Rylee on the 13th. The kids had a lot of fun!

We got a ton of snow and rain this week so some of the pictures are of that. I'll take more during Xmas and post hopefully next week! I have a lot planned in the next four days, hoping most of the things get done!

Snow.....Ugh....

Our first snow fall was on Thanksgiving, but that really doesn't count, compared to the last 36 hours. Janesville got 8-12 inches, depending on who you ask and what TV station you watch. All I know, it's cold, wet, and heavy. Yuck. Boo to all of you who wish for a white Christmas!

Jon hung Christmas lights last weekend for Cale, so he says. I think he really enjoys doing it. Who knows! Either way, our house is festive inside and out this year. I put up the huge 6 ft Xmas tree while Jon was hanging the lights outside. Now, we just need presents under the tree.

Jon's work was called off for tonight. I was a good girl and made it to work. Of 17 people in my department, only 7 of us made it in. I probably would have been working harder if I would have stayed home!

Everyone should be receiving their holiday cards from us shortly! Hope you enjoy the pictures!

Indiana

We went to Indiana over Thanksgiving to see Grandpa and Grandma Owen. We really think Cale remembers them. Either Jon was working with him saying Gpa and Gmama, or Cale just remembered to call them that from our last visit in May. They, of course, spoiled our child rotten, and he loved every minute of it! They are very good grandparents! Cale got a Spike Jr dinosaur, a piano, and some Thomas the Train toys.

We are now working on decorating our house for Christmas. Working on dragging up all the ornaments and knick knacks. Should be interesting!

Tonight, I got my hair done at a friend's house and found the next thing Cale must have! I'm sure we'll have to take out a small loan for it, but might be worth it....check out the pictures....
