Kobe is our new dog. He's pure breed American Rottweiler. He's 1 1/2 yrs old. We got him from a family in Monroe. He is full of energy and needs some training.
He's a good dog though! He's house trained, sits, stay, down. He does jump up on people so we're working on that. In the past 3 days since we've had him, he's pretty much quit jumping on us. He does get wound up quickly and then jumps on you. We're trying to stop him from that.
We have to teach him how to walk better on a leash too. I took him for a walk tonight and he did pretty good.
He gets neutered, microchipped, and heart worm test next Monday. On August 29th, he has his hips xrayed for hip displiasia. September 15th, he starts obedience classes at the JVL Beloit Kennel Club.
He doesn't mind the cats and Jade and him get a long well. He's more active than her, but she doesn't mind him.
