Update for this week

Well, in case you haven't heard, LSS laid off 50 people last week. Thankfully, I was not one of them but I do know a lot of people that were let go. It sucks! :( They say they are done for now but I personally think if the economy does not improve soon, there will be more. And Jon's job is not so safe either. I guess there are rumors going around about possible lay offs there now too. Great!

So needless to say, we have put off looking for a truck right now. We do have a few great friends that have offered their trucks to me when I need to take China some place. Let's hope things get better soon!

As for Cale, he is doing wonderful! He now says Tigger and Pooh. It's cute! He really like them when they are on TV. In the pictures, they are 2 separate days of letting him feed himself pasta and sauce.

Feb update

Sorry I haven't updated in a couple of weeks. Things have been busy for us around here. Our big truck is being returned to the dealer soon and we are looking for something to replace it. That's always fun, truck shopping. Ugh. And then last Friday, Jon's little truck had to go in for service. The radiator was leaking. Good thing we do have 3 vehicles right now! We got it back today.

As for Cale, he is doing really well. He's trying to figure out words and is talking a lot more now. It's fun. He can say so many things. He can say di-u(dinosaur), car, door, daddy, mama, hi, no (and mean it), yes (and mean it), go go, dog, kitty, kids, guys, and so much more that I can't think of right now.
