New pictures

So, the pictures I wanted to load last night didn't, and I'm trying again today....Let's hope they take this time! I know every parent thinks their child is the cutest, but seriously, how can you not think Cale is the cutest kid ever???? KIDDING! I know I'm baised.
In the one picture, Cale is sleeping on his new monkey from Dave and Angie. It was just too cute not to take a few pictures.
The next few are from the farm. We had to take Cale out there one night because Jon needed to help fix a fence line and I spoiled China with apples and grass. Cale really likes China, he smiles and laughs at her every time we are there. He sees other horses and he calls them all China.

Happy 2nd birthday ~~~ Almost!

Cale turns 2 on the 22nd but we celebrated this weekend. We invited less people this year since last year's party was so crazy. This year was just as crazy with half the people. I'm wondering if it's the people we are inviting??????? It was fun and hectic. Of course our child got way too many toys. He got 4 Transformers (GIANT ROBOTS!), some clothes, a huge monkey, a homemade quilt, some books, crayons, and other toys. It was wonderful that so many of our friends and family were able to come and celebrate with us. Cale didn't want any cake or ice cream. After he saw the large yellow robot, he was done. He didn't even want to open presents. He only wanted the GIANT ROBOT. Thanks Jon!

Happy Belated 4th of July

Our computer decided to be difficult for a few days but seems to be working for the most part now.....

We had a nice holiday weekend. Friday, I got to ride China so I was a happy camper. Friday night, Jon helped friends get ready for a party so Cale and I went shopping. Saturday, we went to 3 parties. Yes, that's right 3. It really wasn't so bad. Cale handled them all really well. We didn't get to see any fireworks though. Sunday, Jon went drag racing so Cale and I went with Grandma Nightengale shopping for big guy birthday gifts. Looks like someone is going to get spoiled again this year.

All last week, I worked 12 hour days at Seneca. We switched to a new computer system and things were bad. Ugh. I've done enough computer conversions in my life to never want to do another one ever again. I don't know if this one or the last one at Lab was worse. It's a toss up. Things seem to be getting better, but tomrrow is another day.
As for the pictures, Cale likes to play in blankets lately. Peek A Boo for the most part, or he runs around the house trailing the blanket. It's funny to watch. He is growing like a weed and talking more than any 2 year old that I've ever heard. He talks better than some 3 year olds. Yes, I'm biased, but honestly, the things this kid can say and understand is amazing.
